One of the most exciting parts of our Gatlinburg trip was our trip to the aquarium. We had last gone when Karis was 9 months old and then again when she was two and let me tell you, a four year old really appreciates it more :) Her excitement knew no bounds. Karlie had a blast as well. The greatest addition was an awesome penguin exhibit! It was filled with clear tunnels the kids could climb in so that the penguin swam all around them. The kids were so excited!!!
The rest of the aquarium was quite exciting as well!
We tried to get a picture of all the cousins together, but it was impossible to get them to stop looking at all the fish and they were not happy with the attempt -- HA!
But Abbi was as happy as could be because I let her out of the carrier to crawl around and look at the fish :)
That grin on Karis' face stayed pretty much the entire time we were there...

Every time I've been to an aquarium, the saw fish does this exact thing:
The girls were especially excited about the shark and the turtle
